Change

Today I am thinking about life changes.

Mid life crises. Taking a different road. Opened doors and closed windows.

I am climbing the mountain to the peak of change. I can see the peak but I’m not there yet. Fact is, I stink at rock climbing.

But I am climbing anyways. Anxious to find out what I will see at the top.

Fear of the unknown.

But excitement at the hint of an adventure.

I think in all my recent worry about what God is going to do next, He’s been helping me to prepare for that which He is about to do next.

A new start. In a new place.

But before that happens….I have to buy a bachelor at an auction. Its just part of the package.

What?

(P.S…I still want a beagle)

Puppy LOVE

As much as I want a husband and kids one day soon….I want a puppy, now.

With a puppy, sure you have to love and care for it, you can even talk to it.

But it’s not capable of intentionally spurning your love.

Especially if you give it a treat.

In puppy love there is no unrequited love.

I want a puppy.

I’m over unrequited love.

I would very much like puppy love.

I’d get me one in a heartbeat if I knew I would have the time to dedicate to loving a little cute creature. But alas, I don’t. Not yet…but maybe….soon?!?

I think I’d get a beagle. Just saying!

I would call him Rio. Red Rio. (After my favorite grapefruit juice of course).

Omg…how cute are they!!!!

Life

Sometimes my life is crazy.

That is a lie.

My life is crazy all the time. Even during the really dull moments that occur often.

Its been almost a month since my last post. I had a fabulous Christmas and a wonderful start to the new year. I hope you did too.

I honestly can't believe how fast my life is flying right before my eyes. It was just yesterday when I had teenager skin issues and high school tests looming. Not to mention the hundreds of books I used to have time to read.

I wouldn't go back though. I love my crazy life now. To say that many things have changed since the teenage years would be a fallacy, but to say that I'm still the same, that would be even more correct. My faith, friends, family, and relationship status have all remained faifthully the same. You know what I mean. But everything else....its different. I love life more now than I ever did. Sometimes I imagine myself conking out one day and relecting to see if I've lived life to the full.

If I conked today- I would say, yes, in a whole, I have loved my life to the full, Thank GOD!

If I conk today, know that I love you. YOU. Don't tell him that I loved him though....that would just be awkward- lol.

So what about you....have you lived life to the full up to this point?
